Meeting Facilitation

The meeting methods I use have a proven record of results and:

  • are experiential and highly participative;
  • are versatile enough to handle any situation;
  • include groups that range in size from a few to hundreds;
  • last from a few hours to several days;
  • create the conditions for a group or organization to benefit from the individual and collective wisdom of the participants;
  • make it apparent when the collective wisdom has been tapped.

The meeting methods I offer include:

  • Open Space Technology Facilitation - the most open of participative methodologies;
  • Whole Person Facilitation - an open but more guided approach;
  • Conflict Resolution - when situations of conflict need to be resolved before a group or organization can move forward.

The training I provide is experiential and virtual for corporations, non-profits, universities and individuals. This training is appropriate for those developing self-knowledge and wanting to create healthy and balanced lives and organizations.

The core of all my coaching and consulting work centers on working with individuals and organizations to remember and leverage "who they are".

Organizational Capacity Building

We know how to help individuals build their clarity, confidence and courage by increasing their self-knowledge via our IAM Program. The biggest challenge people face is returning to work environments that do not support or foster the continued use and development of this newfound knowledge.

We offer the training mentioned above as part of building organizational capacity to support the IAM program and other corporate efforts.

Consulting

My consulting services begin with guiding you through a diagnosis of the current state of your organization. I'll then identify with you a plan for returning to greater health and performance. I'm also available for assisting with implementation - providing skill, knowledge and capacity training as described above.

Development into a Consciously Growing Organization is the most advanced work I do with clients.
